How to meditate
Pay attention to breathing in and out, and take notice when your mind wonders off the tasks.

Find a quiet place to sit, a place that feels calms

Set a time limit

Make sure your body is stable

Feel the breath and follow the sensation whilst breathing in and out

Notice when the mind is no longer paying attention and wander to other places, after a few seconds return attention to the breath

Be kind to yourself, no judging
-
Close with kindness: when ready take a moment to notice the sounds in the surrounding area and notice how the body feels and notice thoughts and emotions
